SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises uniform preheating of powder material and solidifying it by irradiation by electronic beam to fuse said material. Preheating comprises substage of scanning the powder layer preheating area by electronic beam along paths distributed over said preheating area. Scanned parts are separated by minimum safe distance.
EFFECT: preventing undesirable effects of summing in preheating area caused by consecutively scanned paths.
