FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: layer-by-layer selective laser treatment is performed until powder melting to layer depth by three stages. Initially on each applied layer the treatment is performed along the external contour of the manufactured cross-section, and along its internal borders. The made internal cross-section is treated by the programmed-specified scanning by laser beam. Then precision re-treatment of the external contour and internal borders of the manufactured cross-section is performed. Scanning trajectory of the laser beam at each next layer is changed by 45° clockwise relatively to the direction of the scanning beam at the previous layer. The powder is prepared to dispersion not exceeding thickness of the applied single layer. After creation of the programmed article shape its additional vacuum treatment is performed at temperature below temperature of the material recrystallisation of the powder system base for 2-3 hours.
EFFECT: provision of high mechanical characteristics of the manufactured article with complex shape and expansion of scope of their application, creation of the technologically specified nanostructural objects of any complex configuration operating for long time in corrosion environments at high temperatures.
