SUBSTANCE: device has two sensors 1 and 2, each in form of a two perpendicular lines of emitting diodes and photodetector lines and spaced out two measurement devices 3 and 4 which are connected to outputs of sensors 1 and 2, four 5-8 OR logic elements, three 9-10 logic units and a signal processing unit 11.
EFFECT: invention increases information content owing to measurement of geometrical dimensions of a projectile in two planes.
