FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention is used for measuring physical and mechanical parameters of electrically conductive objects. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the eddy-current converter contains a high-frequency generator, an eddy-current sensor, an alternating voltage converter of the circuit and a level-shaping amplifier, a source of a high-stable constant voltage, a high-resistance impedance, an analog-to-digital converter, an arithmetic logic device with a signal linearization function and a digital-to-analog converter, a high-stability DC voltage source is connected to a high-frequency generator, made in the form of an autonomous crystal oscillator of high-frequency and amplitude stable rectangular pulses, the output of the high-frequency generator is connected to the first high-impedance output, the second high-impedance output is connected to an eddy-current sensor that generates harmonic oscillations and to the input of the variable loop voltage into a direct current signal proportional to the measured parameter, consisting of a limiter amplifier made with the possibility of useful limitation of the signal amplitude, and the filter, while the amplifier-limiter, filter, amplifier-shaping levels, analog-to-digital converter, arithmetic logic device and digital-to-analog converter are connected in series.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving accuracy of measurements of physical and mechanical parameters of electrically conductive objects.
