FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: polyphase transformer in doth versions contains medium twisted ring-type magnetic circuit made of two rings with equal height. The rings are ground at one butt end and bonded by unpolished butt ends. Rectatangular laminated teeth are boded on polished butt ends of rings. Three-phase primary winding is made in the form of coils. Polyphase winding is laid down into slots between teeth. Each phase winding of three-phase primary winding is made in the form of m/3 coils. One of these coils wraps central magnetic conductor diametrically, and the others - along adjacent chords to the right and to the left of diametric coil. In version 1 transformer, each of m phase windings of polyphase secondary winding is made in the form of one coil wrapping central magnetic conductor diametrically, and in version 2 transformer, these windings are made in the form of identical coils with their turns wrapping the teeth. On the central ring-shaped magnetic conductor, there is three-phase primary winding in the form of rectangle with two straight opposite sides and two arc-shaped opposite sides cambered form the centre of the rectangle. Each coil is led one-by-one from the side of magnetic conductor and moved to required position. Then these coils are bonded to magnetic conductor teeth.
EFFECT: improvement of secondary voltage quality with simultaneous improvement of fabricability, serviceability and repeating accuracy.
