FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. A three-phase transformer contains three phase primary 1 and three phase secondary 2 windings, a magnetic system formed by two twisted ring magnetic conductors 3, 4, grounded on one end side each. Laminated teeth of rectangular shape 5 are bonded to the annular magnetic conductors 3, 4. The longitudinal axes of symmetry of bolted teeth intersect in the center of the twisted annular magnetic conductors 3, 4 and are located at an angle α to each other. Each laminated tooth 5 is glued with one long end to the polished surface of one twisted ring magnetic circuit 3, and the other long end is glued to the polished surface of another twisted ring magnetic circuit 4, and the short end faces the center of each twisted ring magnetic circuit 3, 4. In a three-phase transformer, each phase primary 1 and secondary 2 windings of the transformer are wound on rectangular laminated teeth 5 with the winding direction along their side length and are located one above the other, respectively. Each phase primary 1 and secondary 2 windings are installed with the possibility of covering 1/3 of the ground surface of each twisted ring magnetic circuit 3, 4 and the total number of rectangular laminated teeth 5 is equal to 6⋅n, and the angle α is equal to π/3⋅n, where n is any integer.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of the magnetic system of a power transformer due to the absence of two twisted annular magnetic circuits forming its middle part, and increasing the manufacturability of winding due to the location of both primary and secondary phase windings on laminated rectangular teeth, and not on annular magnetic circuits.
