FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology-orthopedics. Fixer is made in form of T-shaped plate which has lateral supporting parts with holes for fastening screws and middle wedging part with hole for detachable handle. Middle wedging part is displaced along horizontal axis of fixer on 1/3 of its length, lateral surfaces of wedging part being provided with teeth which are placed in retrograde direction.
EFFECT: increased reliability of fragment stabilisation due to their fixation in biomechanically favourable position, reduction of operation trauma during fixer installation and reduction of terms of operation carrying out.
