SUBSTANCE: method is disclosed for transfer/reception of data channel control information for improved transfer of upperlink data (which is the technical result), through which it becomes possible to efficiently dedicate radio resources. The present invention includes reception of data channel control information for improved transfer of upperlink data; generation of protocol data unit (PDU) of medium access control (MAC), including control information; and transfer of PDU MAC via the first physical channel for transfer of user data.
