SUBSTANCE: method to transfer signals to a Node B with the help of user equipment (UE), using a circuit of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ), includes stages, when: a protocol unit for control of data for access to transfer environment (MAC PDU) is sent to Node B, and it contains the first planning information and data; it is determined, whether 0 field is established in as common status of E-DCH (TEBS) buffer in the first planning information, when MAC PDU transfer was not successful; the second planning information is initiated as new planning information, when the TEBS field in the first planning information is not set as 0; and the second planning information is sent to Node B.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption by user equipment.
