SUBSTANCE: stages are proposed, at which the following is carried out: using a radio network controller of at least one basic radio station controlling the first cell and the second cell, shifts are specified between E-HICH transfer capacity and capacity of transfer of a dedicated physical channel (DPCH), when the mobile station carries out soft transfer of service with the first and second cell; on the first cell, capacity of the first E-HICH transfer is identified on the basis of the specified shift, and the first E-HICH is transferred to a mobile station using a certain transfer capacity; and on the second cell the capacity of transfer of the second E-HICH is identified on the basis of the specified shift, and the second E-HICH is sent to a mobile station using a certain transfer capacity.

EFFECT: invention provides for the method to control capacity of transfer and a system of mobile communication, in which E-HICH channels may be reliably transferred to a mobile station, even when UE carries out soft transfer of service.
