SUBSTANCE: method to transfer user data for user data sent in ascending direction from a mobile station along an improved dedicated physical channel of data transfer includes stages, at which: they report, from a radio network controller of a mobile station, information of transfer acknowledgement channel decoding for decoding of a transfer acknowledgement channel for user data sent in ascending direction, as an active set is updated for a mobile station, besides, the transfer acknowledgement channel is sent from an updated cell in the active set; and the transfer acknowledgment channel is decoded in the mobile station on the basis of information of transfer acknowledgment channel decoding, and control of repeated transfer of user data sent in ascending direction to an updated cell on the basis of the decoded channel of transfer acknowledgment is carried out.

EFFECT: increased throughput capacity of quality of communication.
