FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: in automated system of telecommunication network control for generation of control data exchange network, all available communication channels are used, routes of control data delivery are determined by selection of multiple permissible routes, which satisfy requirements of delivery timeliness and routes reliability, time dedicated to collect control data is identified for each control cycle, as well as volume of controlled parametres sent from each network element, which are ordered by extent of their relevance, traffic flows are optimised along permissible routes by criterion of costs for delivery of control data, or by criterion of minimum time of delay of transferred protocol data units, containing control data, or by criterion of maximum reliability of routes for delivery of transferred protocol data units by decision of administrator depending on current situation in the network.

EFFECT: improved functional capabilities of automated systems for control of telecommunication networks of control data exchange.
