FIELD: wireless communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication systems, such as flexible radio access technology (RAT) of the fifth (5G) generation (5gFLEX). Disclosed are examples of procedures for the operation of the WTRU device and the communication network associated with the distributed control plane architecture, data transmission without connection, and obtaining specialized system information. Distributed control can be implemented, for example, by duplicating a set of Access Control Function (ACF) using multiple instances in a set of different transmission/reception points (TRP) with multiple connection. The set of TRP points can simultaneously provide control services for the WTRU device. Centralized control functions can control the connection with the support communication network and/or the set of instances of the user plane for the WTRU device and/or can facilitate coordination between the set of instances of the ACF function for the WTRU device in the set of different TRP points according to the configuration of the WTRU device.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring determination of conditions under which information from a communication network is transmitted within a communication session with the formation of a direction diagram.
