FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural industry. The nutrient feed mixture of plant seeds contains a treated mixture of seeds and a water medium. The seed mixture is represented by disinfected washed seeds of bean, cereal, oil-plant crops; some part of the seeds - 25% of the weight of dry seeds (of mostly bean crops) is preliminarily sprouted, the rest is used as whole; the mixture is a wet fine feed concentrate-paste with an increased content of carbonhydrates (by 17-18%), free amino acids (by 60-70%), macroelements (by a factor of 1.6-3.3), microelements (by a factor of 2.6 -4.9), vitamin B complex (by a factor of 3-5) in comparison with a paste produced without seed sprouting. The method includes mixing the seeds with the water medium and the mixture hydrodynamic, cavitational and thermal treatment by physical method with the mixture repeatedly circulating in a closed recirculation hydraulic system with a variable cross-section, ground by cavitation bubbles energy, and reaching a homogeneous state under simultaneous heating conditions. Seeds for sprouting are preliminarily selected, soaked in a disinfectant solution for 1.5-2 hours till glume breakage; the disinfected seeds are washed with drinking water, soaked for seeds sprouts to grow 1.5 mm long; the sprouted seeds are mixed with dry seeds, the seeds mixture is soaked for 30-50 minutes in drinking water, the ratio being 1:2, till dry seeds imbibition; the seed-water mixture is pumped for physical treatment till production of a homogeneous concentrate-paste with a temperature of 75-90°C; the prepared paste is delivered for packing. The equipment complex for the nutrient mixture production includes an installation of hydrodynamic, cavitational and thermal treatment of the mixture by physical method.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce better quality nutrient feed mixtures with an increased content of useful agents, to extend the technological process of treatment and to produce equipment for the nutrient mixture production.
