FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to restorative medicine. Therapeutic exercises are made. A patient's lower extremity with the involved joint is placed in therapeutic loops of a loop complex so that ankle, knee and hip joints are arranged between the therapeutic loops of the loop complex. A diagonal exercise is made with foot rotation 3-4 times. An exercise is made including circus movement in the involved joint 3-4 times with the exercise being alternated during 20 min for the course of 1 month.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing joint movement amplitude, relieving pain syndrome and normalising physical activity of the muscles.
