FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treating functional disorders in human hip joint diseases, namely to methods of kinesitherapeutic treatment using machine vision. Disclosed is a method characterized by that a list of preliminary diagnoses is formed, based on which therapeutic exercises are selected for the treatment of the hip joint in the form of weight-bearing exercises, thereafter, the formed therapeutic exercises are transmitted to the client application of the patient. Further, the patient performs said set of therapeutic exercises in front of the video camera associated with the client application, where the therapeutic exercises on the hip joint are performed in two degrees of freedom of the hip joint, a video sequence is formed in the client application, in which an image of the patient is selected and a skeletal three-dimensional model is constructed in the form of an undirected graph with vertices at reference points, angular displacements of a support point of a hip joint of a person during therapeutic exercises are assessed and the obtained angular displacements are compared with angular displacements of a human hip joint of a personal norm of angular values of hip joint opening. Patient is informed of the errors or a signal is given to the patient to terminate the exercises. Every 15 sessions of the complex of exercises for the hip joint distributed over the days, the repeated functional diagnostics is performed, and adding of weight load is permissible only if the personal norm of functionality of the hip joint is increased by 20%.
EFFECT: invention provides faster accurate treatment of functional disorders in hip joint diseases, as well as reduced risk of injuries or aggravation of hip joint diseases with independent performance of therapeutic exercises by the patient.
