FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, more specifically to medical physical training and sports medicine. Patients exercise using proprioceptive neuromuscular relieving method. Patients individually do muscle stretching exercises chosen for forced working postures. Upper limbs are continuously moved wave-like, with simultaneous half-circle rotation in hands. Fingers are clenched at the beginning of motion and relaxed at the end. Each exercise is repeated 3 times. The course of treatment is 3 weeks long and the preventive course is everyday.
EFFECT: possibility of eliminating pain syndrome, normalising the tone of all muscle groups of the neck, shoulder girdle and back and restoration of physiological motor pattern.
