FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: complete clinical examination, spiral and quantitative computed tomography are performed. A mineral bone density is determined. If the mineral bone density is up to -2.5 T-score (S.D.), the spine is fixed with a transpedicular rigid system; the value below -2.5 T-score (S.D.) requires the fixation by means of a laminar titanium nickelide system having a shape memory and self-adjusted compression with a vertebroplasty following 7-14 days later.
EFFECT: method enables selecting the surgical approach to the compression vertebral fracture comprising osteoporosis and repairing all the three bearing complexes of the spine.
