SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ground tests of spacecraft thermal control systems. Tests of electrically-driven pump (EDP) for safe life are carried out at heat carrier feed exceeding optimum amount. Note here that EDP shaft rotational axis is set parallel to the Earth surface. Simultaneously, rotor weight force direction, direction of motor shaft and that of impeller are directed with direction of radial force resulted from pressure disbalance in spiral branch pipe of running EDP. Test time interval is determined from claimed relationship.

EFFECT: reasoned accelerated (accelerated factor ≈ 5,5) tests of EDP for safe life.
