FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plants incorporating gravity and membrane appliance and using reagents for dehydration of effluents, slimes and flotation slurries. Proposed plant comprises primary accumulating tank, feed pumps, membrane-type dehydrators and reagent feeders, settler representing a vertical vessel furnished with drain valve arranged vertically on the settler wall in line and hydraulically communicated with aforesaid primary accumulating tank. It comprises also hydraulic mixer arranged inside said settler. Note here that it comprises pipeline with branch pipe made at 180 degrees, with its lower open end arranged nearby the settler bottom. Pipeline is communicated with atmosphere via hole made on branch pipe wall with smaller radius. Appliances of membrane dehydration represent bags made from elastic membrane material secured to filler necks to be suspended thereto and removed therefrom, and provide with hydraulic communication with the mixer and secondary accumulating tank.
EFFECT: larger thickness of sediment in vertical direction, optimum circulation and accurate control over contamination fluid flow.
