FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes creation of conditions of modelling phases of experimental anthrax generalisation and complex of criteria of their antemortem diagnostics for studying efficiency of schemes of treatment of anthrax late stages and prediction of clinical outcome. In order to realise the method, used are rabbits to which suspension of anthrax strain "Ч-7" is introduced subcutaneously. Phases of generalisation are determined by results of blood analysis: by number of chains in blood smears, concentration of live cells, content of anthrax toxin and lysosomal-cationic proteins, phagocytic activity of neutrophils, agglomeration and deformation of erythrocytes, degree of leucocytes degeneration. 5 phases (stages) of anthrax generalisation are determined, ranges of values of clinical-laboratory indices and efficiency of antibacterial treatment are determined.
EFFECT: method by invention can be used for modelling stages of course of infection, caused by anthrax causative agent, prediction of clinic outcome and estimation of treatment schemes in experiment.
