FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in order to model chronic toxic cardiopathy in experimental animals nickel chloride solution is introduced to animals through probe into stomach in dose 2.5 mg/100g in terms of metal daily during month. Per unit of solution, which equals 1 ml, there are 25 mg of nickel.
EFFECT: increase of reproducibility, convenience and economy.
