FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in analysis of chronic toxic impact of heavy metals on organism every second day nanocomposite carbon modified sorbent is introduced into experimental animals in form of 6% suspension through probe into stomach in amount 2.5% of body weight, simultaneously with daily introduction through probe into stomach of 0.1 ml of nickel chloride solution, which contains 2.5 mg of nickel, per each 100 g of animal body weight during a month.
EFFECT: specially selected modes of introduction of nickel into organism and corresponding modes of introduction of selected sorbent make it possible to analyse methods of preventing lesions in case of chronic toxic action of nickel on functional state of cardiovascular system, in particular, toxic cardiopathy.
