FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: transducer with two outputs ensures stable voltage during the first output loading in any mode with simultaneous AB accumulator battery charging via the second output. When the transducer is started the control system generates a specific time sequence of voltage augmentation in the first channel of Output 1 whereat two different reference voltages are generated in the controller processor that are connected depending on the voltage level UAB to (AB). Depending on temperature and discharge condition voltage AB at the transducer start may be either less or more than the required output voltage of the first channel Uout1. Accordingly, if UAB<Uout1 at the transducer start an intolerably high current may pass through the power tongs, the transducer diode and the diode (3). Additionally, a high current passing through AB during start results in its service life reduction. The proposed transducer start algorithm envisaging two levels of reference voltage excludes the drawback.

EFFECT: prevention of heavy modes of the transducer power transistors and diodes during its start.
