FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular to production of fodders for farm and domestic animals, poultry and fish, and may be used to prepare solutions of curing and preserving substances for food raw materials of animal and vegetable origin. Method consists in the fact that in process of sonochemical treatment of brine, in cavitation reactor prior to its mixing with food raw materials, amplitude of sound pressure in treated brine is maintained as lower than doubled value of hydrostatic pressure in reactor.
EFFECT: invention application will make it possible to eliminate hydrolysis and oxidation of fat component in food raw materials exposed to salting.
