FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and is intended for use in treating TMJ dysfunctions, planning prosthetic repair and demonstrating a patient's future size and aesthetic dentition. Diagnostic computed tomography is performed on equipment Sirona Galileos Comfort Pluse Fasescan, Germany; digital axiology by means of Freecoder BlueFox apparatus, Germany, TENS method of electroneurostimulation of chewing musculature, virtual repositioning on equipment of Freecoder BlueFox condyles of lower jaw. Technical sheet of individual settings of AmannGirrbach articulator is obtained. Gypsum models of upper and lower jaws are transferred into articulator relative to pivot axis in a state of therapeutic or physiological occlusion. Making digital duplicates of gypsum models of jaws and position of dentitions in a state of therapeutic or physiological occlusion in STL format in a virtual articulator. Dento-jaw system clinical state and planning of complex treatment are analyzed. Tires are made on upper and lower jaws by Cad / Cam technology. Performing computer simulation of destructed teeth in program Zirconsahn on digitized models in position of physiological occlusion. Plastic temporary crowns are made of PMMA plastic. Cervical gum plasty is performed and teeth zenith is formed. Patient's tires are to be worn for a period of one to six months to achieve a physiological standard or a form of dental complex compensation as close to it as possible: TMJ, chewing musculature and balanced occlusion of dentitions. Botulinum toxin injections are used to remove increased tonus of chewing musculature. That is followed by gingivioplasty of a gingival gingiva of a frontal group of teeth of the upper jaw with single-stage preparation of teeth under veneers, patches, half-crowns and crowns depending on the volume of teeth destruction. Replaceable tire is replaced with non-removable and temporary crowns for upper jaw. On the lower jaw, a detachable tire is maintained, which is fixed by retention behind the equator line. Ceramic restorations are made by digital technology on teeth of upper and lower jaws. Then, temporary crowns and a detachable splint are removed, and permanent crowns are fixed with ceramic restorations mainly in patients with loss of occlusion height with considerable destruction or partial loss of teeth. After the adaptive period, depending on the clinical condition at the moment of treatment, which can be from two weeks to 12 months, repeated diagnostic computed tomography is performed.
EFFECT: method enables arranging precise stages of therapeutic measures, preventing complications and creating confidential relations between patients and a team of doctors of various dental profiles.
