FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and medical equipment and is intended for application in orthopedic dentistry and dental prosthetics for programming occlusive contacts of artificial teeth of dentitions of non-detachable and bridge-like prostheses. Method of manufacturing non-detachable dental prosthesis consists in manufacturing prosthesis from ceramic block by method of milling with reconstruction of occlusive surface, basing on principles of modern gnathology, founded by mathematical modelling. Preliminary functional orientating wax modelling of occlusive interrelationships in form of cones for transfer of desired patient's occlusive reference points into apparatus software is performed on working gypsum models in articulator. After patient's approval and confirmation on X-ray picture, replacement is performed by means of optic impression of modelled situation in computer with further milling from ceramic block.
EFFECT: manufacturing non-detachable dental prosthesis, ensuring reconstruction and formation of occlusive surface, harmonic occlusive contacts of relationships of dentitions, ensuring increased efficiency of chewing, and ensuring prevention of temporo-mandibular joint diseases.
