FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of a compound (III) by reacting compound (I) with compound (II) in toluene in the presence of an additional component such as water or alcohol. The invention also describes a method for synthesis of a compound (IV) involving hydrolysis of the obtained compound (III), and then oxidation, if necessary.

EFFECT: method for synthesis of sulphamate-carboxylate derivatives with high output, which can be used as synthetic materials or intermediate compounds in preparing medicinal agents.
