SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a compound with structural formula (I) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or enantiomer; where R¹ is hydrogen or R^laC(O)-; R² is hydrogen or a R^2aC(O)-; R³ is hydrogen or a R^3aC(O)-; R^la, R^2a and R^3a independently are unsubstituted with C₁-C₁₀ alkyl; and R⁴ and R⁵ independently represent hydrogen or unsubstituted with C₁-C₁₀ alkyl; however provided that at least one of R¹, R² and R³ is not hydrogen.

EFFECT: bimatoprost derivatives are effective for treatment of such diseases or disorders, as high intraocular pressure, hair loss, inflammatory diseases and disorders of skin.
