FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: there is performed steel making having the following wt % silicone 2.60-3.60, aluminium 0.008-0.030, continuous casting, heating of slabs in heating furnace, hot rolling, etching, cold rolling, decarbonising annealing in intermediate thickness, the second cold rolling, application of heat resistant coating and high-temperature annealing; at that, slabs prior to hot rolling are placed into heating furnace with surface temperature of not less than 450°C, preferably 580 to 700°C and heated to 1100-1215°C, hot rolling is completed at 890-950°C, preferably at 910-940°C, and temperature of coiling the ready bar is set within 510-610°C, and preferably 530-580°C.
EFFECT: improving magnetic properties of steel so that high magnetic induction and minimum reversal magnetisation losses are provided, and reduction of scale formation.
