FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of wind speed and direction prior to missile launching, determination of launching angles in order to provide for specified distance and altitude of missile flight with account of wind influence at missile. At the same time launching angles are determined with account of wind action measured in near-surface layer, thickness of which equals rated distance of missile flight with operating engine in case of vertical launch.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness and cost of pre-start works performance, reduced scattering of uncontrolled missiles.
