FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to enrichment of minerals with the help of magnetic separation. Proposed magnetic separator comprises magnetic system made up of permanent magnets that can revolve at controlled frequency, and separation chamber. The latter is arranged below magnetic system whereto separated product comes via one of several channels arranged at different distances sideways of said magnetic system. Magnetic product is discharged by water flow directed normally from separation chamber inner surface.
EFFECT: higher selectivity of separation.
