FIELD: magnetic separation of natural minerals.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a magnetic separator-analyzer and is pertinent to the field of magnetic separation and division of mixes of natural minerals into the component minerals with the purpose of an ascertainment of a potential possibility of production of concentrates and middlings of the given mineralogical composition. The technical result is the opportunity of shattering of magnetic formations (floccules, conglomerates), with their following independent separation. The magnet system is made in the form of a band consisting of the basic permanent magnets linked by their side planes in the form of a rectangular parallelepipeds, on which from two opposite sides additional permanent magnets with the smaller sizes in width and smaller magnetic moments and directed with the basic permanent magnets in the same direction and with the axes of rotation passing through the lateral faces of the basic magnets. The separator is additionally supplied with a vibrating inclined plane.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the opportunity to shatter the magnetic formations (floccules, conglomerates) with their following independent separation.
