FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to contact welding, particularly to method and system for welding the parts together. Welding method consists in that parts (1A,1B) are subjected to thermal welding process that causes bonding the parts (1A,1B) on the surface of their contact. Input parametres of welding process, i.e. pressure applied to welded parts and hearing current passing through parts (1A,1B), and output parametres dependent thereon, i.e. welding temperature and parts displacement. In welding process W, at least one welding parametres, i.e. welding temperature and/or electrical resistance of parts, is determined. Welding temperature and/or electrical resistance of parts determined, they are used for at least one welding input parametre regulator R or for automatic correction of welding process. Said regulator represents, preferably, a multi-parametre regulator that uses aforesaid welding process parameters. In welding, it is determined whether welding temperature of parts (1A,1B) reaches yield pint. Note that, in welding, aforesaid regulator R allows automatic variation of input parametres of welding when there is indication about that said yield point is reached.
EFFECT: automatic correction of welding process, higher quality of welding.
