FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasound high-efficiency cutter. Proposed device comprises articulated robot, cutter, biller gripper and grinding element. Ultrasound frequency generator is secured on articulated robot end part. Cutting blade is arranged on said generator. Grinding element is arranged in the range of working travel of cutting blade to be forced in contact therewith at ultrasound oscillation of cutting blade. Invention covers also second version of the device and versions of ultrasound cutting methods.
EFFECT: lower operating costs, higher efficiency and quality.
