FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of producing spatially curved structural element from fibrous composite material. Proposed method comprises preparing flat basic fibrous structure formed from laid fibers that can be draped in one plane. Then unidirectional fibrous band formed from 0°-oriented laid fibers on prepared basic fibrous structure located at structural element bottom zone. Then unidirectional fibrous band is fixed on prepared basic fibrous structure with the help of first fixing seam to produce pre-assembled flat fibrous band with bottom zone that includes unidirectional fibrous tape and wall zone not including unidirectional fibrous tape. Then pre-assembled flat fibrous band is arranged in work plane. Then pre-assembled flat fibrous band is draped to produce required shape of developed structural element. Note here that fibrous band bottom area is bent off the wall zone, thus moving from work plane, to produce one-axis bending relative to curvature axis perpendicular to fibers laid at 0° and parallel to unidirectional fibrous tape. Note also that wall zone of fibrous band is draped in solely work plane and its fibers structure is curved. Now, pre-assembled fibrous tape is sewed to substrate draped in one plane using the second fixing seam applied in transition between bottom and wall zones and solely in wall zone to produce the first fibrous subworkpiece from laid fibers, stabilised and matching the structural element being made.
EFFECT: method of producing spatially curved structural element from fibrous composite material.
