FIELD: textile industry, production of plastic items reinforced with fibers.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of textile industry, in particular, with production of plastic items reinforced with fibers. The offered group of inventions is used for formation of textile half-finished products for production of plastic component parts reinforced with fibers. The confection-technical method providing for production of the fiber reinforced plastic component parts having a wall and one passing in longitudinal direction flange and application of a textile cuttings in the capacity of a source material includes the following operations: a relative positioning, fixation and the first stitching of two layers of a textile cutting to fix them in respect to each other for formation of a half-finished product, and impregnation of the half-finished product by a resin for production of a plastic component part. In a preferable alternative of realization of the method after the first stitching of the textile half-finished products they bend upward a passing in longitudinal direction end area of the two layers by a preset value of an angle for formation of a flange with the help of the offered tightening module. Then the bent end area is applied to a rectilinear passing bearing area of an element of a form and fix the wall area in respect to the bent up edge area in the holder of the stitching material and sew the layers in one sewing window, provided by the holder of the stitched material. The given engineering design ensures production of a wide multiformity of the half-finished products.
