FIELD: manufacturing substrate.

SUBSTANCE: manufacturing substrate for personal protective equipment. Organic plastic contains non-woven layers of fibre, bonded together with a binder. The fibre of each subsequent layer is oriented relative to the previous one in a direction different from 45° up to 55° or from 85° up to 95° . Organic plastic contains a binder in the amount of 3-10% of the total volume of the material. The fibre has a linear density of 14-150 tex and a cross-sectional shape of an irregular polygon with the number of corners from 3 to 7. A method for obtaining organic plastic is also proposed.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase the strength of organic plastic and reduce the binder content in it.
