SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a mobile processing line and a method of obtaining boiler fuel or bitumen production raw material from oil sludge. The mobile processing line has an intake device fitted with a mesh filter which is mounted on a floating pontoon directly mounted in a sludge collector, and fitted with heat registers connected to a steam generator. Primary cleaned oil sludge is fed by a main pump into an intermediate vessel fitted with a compressor, a batcher for feeding the chemical reagent and a vacuum pump having an operation mode and a self-cleaning mode, where secondary cleaning of the oil sludge takes place. The mixture is then fed into a hydrodynamic mixer - cavitator.

EFFECT: eradication of waste accumulation objects, and obtaining boiler fuel or secondary raw material for producing bitumen, which enables to solve environmental conservation problems and provide an economic effect in form of secondary energy or raw material resources.
