FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages drying gooseberry pulp and fruits till moisture level is less than 2.5%, milling the dried raw material into 0.5-1.0 mm size particles, extraction by a 3:1 mixture of chloroform -isopropanol, the ratio of raw material-extragent being 1:4-1:3, during 3 hours with subsequent evaporation of the extragent.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a fatty oil of a new kind of raw material ie gooseberry fruits and pulp.
