SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining fatty oil from prickly pear seeds is characterized by the fact that it includes drying fruits at a temperature of 30°C for 30 min, cooling to a moisture content of 7.4%, grinding fruits to a particle size passing through a 1.5 mm sieve, and extraction with an organic solvent Nefras-A-65/75 at a ratio of raw materials: extractant 1:8 for one hour.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of fatty oil by using the least amount of raw materials and solvent.
