FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: three-link turning mechanism includes drive fixed pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder with piston and stock made in the form of angle lever, and outlet link. Angle lever is connected to link through spherical kinematic pair. Outlet link is connected to fixed link-rack through cylindrical two-degrees-of-freedom kinematic pair. At that, outlet link is equipped with hold-down arm so that translational movement is obtained and turn relative to target area is provided.

EFFECT: providing turning movement of outlet link.
