FIELD: machine industry.
SUBSTANCE: mechanism for plotting spatial curves refers to the mechanisms used in engineering to obtain a given motion of the output link, and can be used for processing internal surfaces of various curvatures, laser cutting, reproduction of spatial curves of a complex trajectory. Mechanism includes a stand, a crank, a connecting rod made in the form of a screw interacting with a nut, a rocker and an element that reproduces a spatial curve. Mechanism is equipped with an additional rocker forming a spherical kinematic pair with the stand, and an output link entering a translational kinematic pair with an additional rocker. Output link is rigidly connected to the element reproducing the three-dimensional curve, and forms a two-moving kinematic pair with a rod rigidly mounted on the nut.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reproduce spatial curves that will not intersect with the moving links of the mechanism during its operation.
