SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition contains acridonacetic acid or its therapeutically active compound, target additive and base, at the same time it contains at least one substance selected from the following row as additional target additive: immunomodulator, substance having antibacterial activity in respect of gram-positive and/or gram-negative bacteria, antimycotic agent, anesthetic agent, biogenic element, vitamin, preservative or their mixture at a certain ratio of components. Therapeutically active compound of acridonacetic acid - cyclopherone or cridanimod or anandin - is used. Composition is arranged in the form of suppositories or capsules for rectal and vaginal use or in the form of soft dosage form: ointment, cream, gel or in the form of fluid dosage form for topical and local administration.

EFFECT: composition of invention has immunomodulatory action, antiviral and antibacterial effect, higher therapeutical activity and preservation of therapeutical activity during long service life.
