SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and veterinary medicine, namely to pharmaceutical compositions used in the treatment of extensive purulent-necrotic post-traumatic, postoperative wounds, extensive burns, as well as wounds after the surgical treatment of acute purulent skin and soft tissue diseases (abscessed boils, carbuncles, mastitis, hydradenitis, erysipelas, etc.), in the treatment of patients with extensive atherosclerotic and venous trophic ulcers, with diabetic foot syndrome, complicated by an infectious process caused by highly resistant gram-positive and gram-negative aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms, fungi resistant to the vast majority of antimicrobial and antifungal drugs. First option is a composition containing fluoroquinolones, more active than ofloxazole, in combination with appropriate target supplements that extend its spectrum of action. Second option is the composition of ofloxacin in combination with the corresponding target additives, expanding the range of its action. Third option is the composition of ofloxacin with a stimulator of the reparative process and an anesthetic in combination with appropriate target additives. Proposed compositions based on fluoroquinolones with the above target additives destroy both gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including resistant to antibiotics, as well as fungi and protozoa.

EFFECT: proposed fluoroquinolone-based compositions with the above targeted additives have a high therapeutic activity, improve usability, reduce the consumption of the active substance, help clean wounds from purulent-necrotic masses, give an anesthetic effect, further stimulate reparative processes in the wound, improve microcirculation, reduce secondary necrosis of tissues around the wound, reduce the likelihood of occurrence of strains resistant to the antimicrobial complex of the composition, have a local immunomodulatory effect.
