SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical equipment and is intended for sterilisation of medical or surgical instruments and devices. Steriliser contains sterilisation chamber with sealed lid and heater, means for high-frequency plasma, vacuum pump, connected by means of vacuuming line with sterilisation chamber, which is also connected with line of air inflow and line of hydrogen peroxide supply, containing unit of generation of hydrogen peroxide vapour, which includes evaporator with heater. Steriliser also contains densitometer for control of concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapour, and means for creation of high-frequency plasma has high-frequency generator and net-electrode, which is placed in internal space of sterilisation chamber on its internal surface. Unit of generation of hydrogen peroxide vapour is placed outside sterilisation chamber and is connected with it by several pipelines.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase quality of sterilisation due to even distribution of hydrogen peroxide vapour and plasma in internal space of sterilisation chamber.
