FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention covers thermoelectric device consisting of thermal module with its hot junctions made up of led radiators that serve to convert thermal power from hot junctions in the form of electric current into that of radiation removing heart from cooled device into ambient air. Said thermoelectric device represents a thermal module wherein n- and p-doped semiconductor components are made from such materials that allow the current carried by one of the junctions to generate radiation, not heating as in common thermal module, while in the other junction thermal power is absorbed in compliance with Peltier effect.

EFFECT: high-efficiency of heat transfer, reduced sizes of heat sink, higher intensity of heat removal.
