FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to cooling and heat removal systems, for example to devices for cooling of electronic equipment components. The device includes a light-emitting thermal module with line location of p-n-junctions, which provides reception of cold and light radiation, and solar batteries converting radiation energy to electric energy. As semiconductor branches of p-type and n-type of the thermal module there have been chosen such materials that the moving flow on one of the joints will form radiation, and absorption of heat energy will be performed on one of joints according to Peltier effect. Solar batteries with mirror electrodes consist of p-layer and n-layer and are located parallel on both sides of the thermal module.

EFFECT: increasing energy effectiveness of a cooling system.
