SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine, in particular to experimental cardiopharmacology. For this purpose during experiments on rabbits, endothelial dysfunction is modelled by introduction of "Tifivac" vaccine in dose of 0.02 ml/kg. Functional vascular tests are carried out on endothelium-dependent vasodilation (EDVD) with introduction of acetylcholine in dose of 17 microgram/kg and endothelium-independent vasodilation (EIVD) with introduction of nitroprussid in dose of 12.8 microgram/kg. At the same time endothelial dysfunction is calculated according to the following formula: . At the same time reference point is point of cardinal component end and point of SrAD level reaching plateau when doing functional test with administration of acetylcholine in dose of 17 microgram/kg, at the same time in intact rabbits IDE equals 1.1±0.1, and in rabbits with modelled postvaccinal endothelial dysfunction IDE equals 3.9±0.3.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to quickly and automatically evaluate endothelial dysfunction.
