FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine, in particular to reflexodiagnostics. Thermal imaging is carried out at the distance of 3 m from patient to instrument, at permanent room temperature of 23°C and stable humidity. Patient is adapted to room temperature for 20 minutes. Plain thermal imaging pictures of back are taken. The following acupuncture points (AP) of back median meridian (T) are marked, as well as extrameridional point (EP): T2, EP75, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9, T10, T11, T12, T13, T 14, T 15, T 16. Thermogram is processed to assign temperature marks to previously identified AP. Average value of examined spine temperature is calculated. Those AP are identified, temperature values in which differ from average value of temperature by more than 0.5°C. If such AP are detected on spine, pathological process is determined in spine.

EFFECT: method increases efficiency of diagnostics by making it possible to detect spine pathology at earlier pre-clinical stages of disease development.
